1. Reservation & Booking
All reservations must be made through our official website or authorized booking platform only. Reservations via phone, email, or any other method are not accepted. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment or full payment, as displayed during the booking process.
2. Payment Terms
Payment amounts, accepted payment methods, and applicable deposits are clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Any remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid at the time of check-in.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
All cancellations, refunds, and no-show conditions are governed strictly by our Cancellation Policy. Guests are advised to review the Cancellation Policy carefully before confirming a reservation.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 12:00 PM on the day of arrival
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
5. Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of at least one (1) night is required. During peak seasons, weekends, or holidays, longer minimum stays may apply and will be displayed during booking.
6. Child Policy
- Children are welcome at the property.
- Children below the age specified during booking may stay free when sharing existing bedding.
- Extra bedding or additional occupancy for children may incur extra charges.
- Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times within the property.
7. House Rules
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
8. Guest Responsibility & Conduct
Guests are responsible for their behavior, personal belongings, and compliance with all property rules. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required due to guest actions will be charged accordingly.
Illegal, disruptive, or unsafe activities are strictly prohibited.
9. Visitors & Occupancy
Maximum occupancy limits apply as stated during booking. Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from management. Guests are responsible for their visitors’ conduct.
10. Liability
View Point Residency and Nest East shall not be responsible for loss, injury, accident, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.
11. Termination of Stay
Management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without refund in cases of policy violations, misconduct, non-payment, or safety concerns.
12. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for extra services, damages, additional guests, or amenities not included in the booking price.
13. Privacy
Guest information is collected and processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
