1. Booking & Reservation Process

1.1 Reservation Requests

All reservations must be made exclusively through our official website or authorized booking platform. We do not accept reservations via email, phone calls, or any other method.

1.2 Guest Information

Guests must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including:

  • Full name
  • Contact details
  • Number of guests
  • Any special requests (subject to availability)

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in reservation cancellation.


2. Minimum Stay Requirement

2.1 Minimum Nights

Certain reservations may require a minimum stay, especially during peak seasons or holidays. The applicable minimum stay will be displayed during the booking process.

  • Minimum stay: At least 1 night

3. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

3.1 Check-In

  • Check-in time starts from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Guests arriving outside standard check-in hours must inform us in advance.

3.2 Check-Out

  • Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • Late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Payment & Fees

4.1 Reservation Deposit

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of [Amount] or [Percentage] of the total booking value is required.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in our Cancellation Policy.

4.2 Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in, either in cash or through the accepted payment methods shown during booking.

Additional fees may apply for services or amenities not included in the standard room rate, such as:

  • Cleaning charges
  • Security deposits
  • Any other applicable service fees

All additional charges will be clearly communicated during the booking process.


5. House Rules & Property Policies

5.1 Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

5.2 Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed on the property.

5.3 Quiet Hours

Guests are requested to maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

5.4 Property Damage & Cleanliness

Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and returning the property in the condition it was provided.

  • Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.

6. Guests & Visitors Policy

6.1 Maximum Occupancy

Each room or accommodation has a defined maximum occupancy, as specified during booking. Exceeding this limit is not permitted.

6.2 Visitors

Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the management. Guests are fully responsible for their visitors’ behavior and compliance with house rules.
