This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all reservations made at View Point Residency. By confirming a booking, guests agree to the terms outlined below.
Cancellation Categories
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation category selected during booking:
- Flexible Cancellation
- Cancellation permitted up to 30 days prior to check-in
- 100% refund of the booking amount, excluding service or processing fees
- Moderate Cancellation
- Cancellation permitted up to 20 days prior to check-in
- 50% refund of the booking amount, excluding service or processing fees
- Strict Cancellation
- Cancellation permitted up to 10 days prior to check-in
- 25% refund of the booking amount, excluding service or processing fees
Force Majeure
In cases including but not limited to government restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies, management reserves the right to offer rescheduling or a full refund at its discretion.
Host-Initiated Cancellation
If the property cancels a confirmed reservation, guests will receive a full refund with no deductions.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund shall be issued.
Refund Processing
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 30 business days. Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions.
